Not getting Silver for playing games
I've been playing WOW and DBD all week. I've played tons and every time I start the game it does the little thing in the corner, but I've received no silver for playing. Why?

I often get this bug too. The thing that works for me is to right click the little green icon in the bottom right corner, and click on 'exit cortex'.
Wait for it to exit fully, then right click on the little green icon and relaunch cortex again. Usually, the silver will be there for you to collect - if not, then run the game again. Cortex does get buggy sometimes.

They recently changed it so you don't get it automatically. After you're done playing each day you need to come here and click Redeem/Collect

When I go there after playing even a couple hours later there is never anything there

Did you played the "featured" game, to earn zSilvers? As far as I remember WoW wasn't available in featured this / previous week.
