Not receiving zSilver for Mogul Friend Referral

I've referred two of my friends using the mogul friend referral link in hopes of earning 750 zSilver (540 zSilver away from a mouse pouch and I must redeem by this month due to expiry) but none of my referrals appear in the mogul reward page. I've emailed mogul support but there hasn't been a reply in days. Anyone experiencing similar issues and have suggestions on how I can get help?

Your referrals need to verify their accounts as well, so they need to check their email for the mogul email and click the link to verify the account.
My friends cannot find the email but have verified their phone numbers and zVault accounts. Unfortunately, I still have yet to get my zSilver rewards

Update: I've referred 3 friends already but have yet to receive any zSilver. They have all checked their emails but did not receive any verification emails....
yeah this is happening with me and me and my friends have tried everything

Tell them to check their emails. You need to verify your account in order for you to receive the referral zSilver. Other than that I think you should contact mogul support since mogul isnt directly linked to Razer support. Their support staff might be able to help you better.
