So I not only I game on this keyboard but I type a lot and I can say this keyboard horrible for too much of that. My fingers start to get more and more fatigued the longer I type and it travels up to my wrist so I was thinking o-rings might fix the problem because I think there is too much travel time involved with the keys and this doesn't happen to me with any other keyboards. But I'm not 100% sure I thought I try my luck with the community first before I spend any money.
Yes, o-rings can shorten travel distance, but not so much. There are few types of o-ring (slim, fat etc.), and the travel distance will varie by o-ring type. Here's some example of slim/fat o-rings: http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/index.php/cherry-mx-rubber-o-ring-switch-dampeners-125pcs.html Razer also has their own o-ring set, but dunno how thick is it: https://www.razerzone.com/gaming-accessories/razer-mechanical-keyboard-enhancement-kit
Thanks for this I'll research the Razer ones if it is what I'm thinking the Razer ones might be a bit thicker than the other ones. I'm hoping for a set of o-rings to be thick enough so I can just actuate a key press around the travel it takes for the click.
