Occasional cracking sound on discord coming from my Kraken headset (OS X)

I recently just bought the Razer kraken 7.1 headset, it fits my head perfectly! BUT!! frequently the headphones will make a crackling sound when others are speaking (through discord). I'm confused and lost on how to fix it. I have macOS 10.14.6 mojave! :(

Do you get the same results no matter the volume and application, or is it happening only when on discord? Please PM me the serial number of your headset so I can look into model-specific solutions.

Hello! I still get same results even when I lower the volume their voices still sound crackly or static-y. It happens when I also watch some youtube videos. I never have any volume too high so I'm very confused as to why my headphones are doing that 😞 I'll pm you the SN now.
