On-Board Memory not saving profiles for mouse or keyboard

    I assume this is an issue with Synapse, I have this issue where when I try to use the drag and drop function to save profiles onto my devices onboard memory the selected profile moves a little and then freezes, if I continue to hold the selected profile and move my cursor off the application and move it back I can suddenly drag the device though I cannot drop the selected profile into the onboard memory for either my BW or Basilisk V2.

    And to clarify I am not trying to set lighting profiles, I am trying to set macro and keybind profiles

    I have also reached out to Razer support and it was ultimately no help. I have uninstalled everything razer including device drivers, deleted files and no luck

    Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by following the steps from this link. Have you tried replicating this Razer Synapse behavior by logging in as a guest user? Please reset your keyboards and mouse settings via Razer Synapse settings and re-assign your profiles. If the issue persists, please clean reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Let me know if it helps.

    So, I have created log files but I deleted the logs I will redo the logs. I did log into a guest user account with the issue still persisting. I will reset the mouse and keyboard. I think the issue might be linked to my Synapse cloud

    Edit: To clarify after messing with my synapse app some more it seems to be a software issue with the drag and drop not working
