Onboard profiles doesn't work

Hi all! I own Huntsman Elite, Mamba Hyperflux and Nari Ultimate. Faced the following problem - either i didn't understand the principle of "onboard" profiles, or they do not work at all. My steps:

1. Enter the "device page" in Synapse.
2. Create and configure a profile.
3. Move it to the device slot.
4. Close Synapse / reconnect device to another pc.
5. Select saved profile via fn+context / side mouse button.

The "profile switch key" backlight color (red for first profile, green for second etc) indicates that the profile has been successfully selected, but the keyboard/mouse still shimmers with a rainbow (although a static color is selected in the profile).

What am i doing wrong?

I understand correctly that I am the only one with such a problem? So I bought three defective devices at once? Cool 😃

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. This is odd. Please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by clicking this link. Save it to your Google Drive or Dropbox and send me the link via PM. Let's continue from there.

Seems like those are the correct steps. I have a Huntsman Elite but it also refuses to save profiles onboard.
