My laptop can turn on when plugged in, but not on battery. This problem is out of the box.
The battery consistently shows 96% charged, even after plugging it in for over 3 hours. The laptop just does not start when not plugged into the power adapter.
I have tried uninstall/reinstall the battery controller from device manager.
Has anyone experienced similar issue? Pls help me. Really need this for work next week!

There is an update that's supposed to fix battery/power-related issues, but I need you to PM me the serial number of your RB15. Let's start from there.
This fix from Razer.RedPanda fixed the problem!
1. Open the Control Panel and select Device Manager. Once the window appears, find the Batteries section and expand it.
2. Find the device with "ACPI" in the name, right click on it and uninstall it. After you have uninstalled that, turn off your Blade and charge it for an approximate of 4 hours.
3. After that, remove the AC adapter from the Blade and try to turn on your Blade.
4. Wait for the computer to boot Windows completely or until it turns off. If the Blade boots up Windows, let the computer charge until it's 100%. If the Blade turns off, plug in the AC adapter and let the computer charge for more than 4 hours.
