Opus X disconnection problem

Hi All,

My Razer Opus X just arrive today and it makes me so happy but I encountered a problem right a way. After charging it and using for about an hour, a have this recurring issue where the sounds drop for a second or longer.

It is annoying so I want to fix this right away. Any suggestion how to do so?

That's disappointing. Did you fully charge the headset for 3.5 hours? Does the same behavior happen even when the ANC is turned off? Try performing the steps from this article and see how it goes.
