Edit: the confirmation wasn’t sent but it’s been shipped so I advise if anyone finds themselves in this situation to check with support if that happens, they’d provide an updated tracker. Cheers

Hi guys, I’ve read the FAQ and the latest thread here before placing an order (a bunch of stuff, express delivery) but it’s not quite going according to plan. The shipment confirmation is supposed to drop the next day and the payment is stated to only be withdrawn from account after that.
However my payment was withdrawn the same day and the confirmation is on its second day of absence. I ordered from EU webstore, not US (no chat support, takes a few days to get a response).

Did anyone have similar experience? Is this normal and I just wait or should I be worried?
