Ordering product with zSilver

I recently started collecting Razer Silver and wanted to get myself the Razer Viper Mini, but today I found this post...

I am also from Croatia, is there anything I can do to avoid all those shipping costs? I don't want to get something and then have to pay 100+ Euros for something that was meant to be free, I am also under 18 (will be 18 soon) and don't want my family or anyone else to pay for that. I was really happy when I found out that I can get something from Razer for free and that I would get my first Razer product ever, but it's not for free at all (at least here in Croatia). So, is there anything I can do at all? Did you have a similar experience? All my zSilver is going to waste.
