Thanks to MR2 a lot of the issues that were present have been fixed (including the bluetooth issues) however, there are a few more issues that still remain as of right now.

I have a thread about this on the Razer Phone subreddit but to help the developers as much as possible and make some known to Razer I decided to handle a thread here also.

    Current Bugs

    • Location icon stays on even when not using location

    • Setting a Timer in the clock app will cause the phone to reboot if alarm volume is all the way to max (don't set alarm volume all the way up if you use the timer/alarm function)
I'll update this thread as time goes on.

If you have a different issue with your phone, make sure you can replicate it. After replicating it a few times post here with the steps on what to do for us to confirm the bug. if the bug can be replicated I'll send my own bug reports off doing the steps (with the credit to the finder of course) or you can PM bug reports.

This thread for the time being is for the Razer Phone 1. Depending on the RP2 a separate thread may be made if any issues arise.

    Thanks everyone! :)

while i don't have the 2 issues you mentioned. i do have one that resturned from 7/8.0. when interacting via voice in car (using bluetooth) when i exit the car, the phone stays in "call" mode (with call volume slider) and all notifications are silent until i reboot. This only happed when I interact with voice, so music streaming doesn't have an issue.

The issues I mentioned are there for a good few people. The timer one is mainly when your volume is all the way up.

As for the issue you mentioned if I had a £1 for every Android device that went screwy with cars id be able to afford to buy a house lol it's really messy but nex time before you connect your phone to bluetooth and disconnect it take a bug report and either send it to Razer or myself and i'll pass it on :)

Oh yeah, bluetooth auto is, like I have always said, the wild west of bluetooth tech. You have cars that can and will be on random bluetooth profiles, even today. My HU, when I bought it, seems to be on a MUCH older profile, while 3.0 was fairly standard at the time. Funny when a smartphone from 2005 has better bluetooth support than some modern cards.

hi i don't know if this a bug but i can't seem to run 2 games at once in split screen (one window freezes if it's not "active"). i have read a few posts about the issue, but i can't really find a solution for this.

Just replied to your thread and it's not a bug im afraid. No Android phone will be able to do this. It's probably down to resources as soon as one part is inactive it switches to the other. But there's no way around it.

I have the location bug, have tried hard reset and clearing cache but always comes back. Was hoping latest update would fix this.

The telephoto lens is a bit buggy.

The only way to use it, is to open the camera app and press the little circle to switch between 1x and 2x.

If you zoom in via pinching to 2x, it's zooming in on the wide angle camera and not switching to the telephoto. I believe in previous software updates, manually zooming in automatically switched the camera to the telephoto lens.

One issue I have is that when I lost signal, I got the lost signal notification, even if I already set notification off for that app.

I also have the location bug and the lost signal bug which is really annoying me. These bugs are known for months. Razer seems not to care about RP1 issues anymore so they lost me as a customer.
