I bought my Death stalker V2 pro a few months ago. Everything worked perfectly and I quite enjoyed the product.But today out of the nowhere it stopped responding, the RGB is still working and I can still change the Lights by using the Fn button weirdly but everything else isn't working, The letters, numbers, shift, caps locked, windows key... nothing is working. First I thought I was in the demo mode but I wasn't (note that I could change from modes without any problems)So it seems like it registered the input but just doesn't wants to work. I don't know if it is a software issue because I am locked out of my pc because I can't type my password…
Was working totally fine since early 2022 and a few days ago i turned my pc off by accident then turned it back on and my headphones would no longer connect i tried restarting my pc pressing the button on the headphones 3 times turning them on and off but nothing works also the mic stopped working not long after i got them but thats not the point and i am sure they arent connecting to the dongle because there is no second beep and they wont connect to my iphone 15 or ipad mini 6.
So I won Razer Barracuda Pro from Google play diamond rewards and have not gotten it but says received? Also there's no way to track the item so guessing they just didnt send it?

Using a program called Focus LoggerI have determined that Razer synapse 3 is causing Full screen Games to be pulled out of focus, while in a gaming session, and minimize instantly to desktop, without warning. It can happen after 5 minutes of gaming, or 10 minutes. Focus Logger tells me its the folder location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse3\WPFUI\Framework\Razer Synapse 3 Host and points to Razer Synapse 3.exe. Is there anyway to stop synapse from doing this, would a full uninstall/reinstall help here? Is there an issue with windows 11 and synapse?
so i have 2months on this headset now, and its randomly powering off when connected to bluetooth on mobile phone ( connect - instant shutdown lol ) ( it working fine when connected to dongle on my desktop ) any idea?
Hello, i have Kraken Ultimate and yesterday i performed a clean Windows 11 installation on my computer in a attempt to fix the audio issues caused by the latest Razer Synapse update, even after format the computer and install the Windows again and the latest Synapse update from nov 16th i'm still facing audio issues, the quality of audio is good but when i go to watch videios or listen any songs on my computer, they have a little delay from the audio in the start of the video or music, i noticed that this issue is more frequently when i go to watch some videios on the youtube, i hope Razer fix this soon.
i bought my headphones it is perfectly fine until i log in to valorant. is there any issues with my headset or is it about valorant?
Last year grabbed a Razer 14 6900hx/3070ti, after exactly 1 year and 4 days. This laptop just died with a puff of blue smoke this evening @.@???Anyone else experienced similar issue?
I noticed issues with Chroma Studio v4 when trying to import chroma effects exported from v3. It can import a complete list, meaning, it only shows 1 effect. We can export 1 chroma effect setup or select a complete list. But this doesnt work when imported v3 into v4. I really hope this gets fixed, because making everything from scratch again is almost impossible. We cant switch quickly between the apps to check settings. Writing everything down is just insane. It’s brand new. It works. It says firmware update is required. I download the software, select the headset, plug in the wireless dongle, plug the headset directly into the PC via USB. The update button never becomes enabled to be clickable. I’ve tried multiple cables to make sure it wasn’t the cable. The one in the box charges the headset just fine and should work. Any ideas? It keeps harassing me to update firmware but I can’t! Any ideas or do I need to do some formal support?
The title kind of says it all, but for the sake of clarity:My Kishi V1 has worked flawlessly for the longest time, until recently. When I plug it in, it acts as though the left stick is held pointing down - if I happen to be in an app with a menu, it scrolls to the bottom and sticks there. Nothing I do stops this, and it persists even after I unplug the device until I turn my screen off and on again. I’ve connected a regular controller both via bluetooth and USB-C since then and neither experience the same issue, so I’m relatively confident that the Kishi is the problem. If it matters, I’m using a Pixel 6 Pro with Android 14, but I don’t think there was an update in the time between it working and it not working, so I would doubt that has anything to do with it.
Hi I purchased a Razer Iskur XL on June 2023 and I have a 3 year manufacturer warranty on it, for the past few months it has been lowering by itself, I believe there is a problem with some part of it, I wanted to know what help I can get, I do not have the box it came in so I can’t ship it back, if I could get a replacement that would be fine, please let me know because it hasn’t even been a year and it is already having a very inconvenient issue, Thank you in advance.
