Ornata V2 Play/Pause button no longer works

    Hi everyone,

    I have an issue with the play/pause button on my Razer Ornata V2 (simply doesn't work). All other multimedia buttons work and if I remap the Play/'Pause button to skip to the next track, for example, and remap the skip next track button to play/pause then the play button will work as the skip track and the skip track button will become useless.

    Apologies if this sounds a little confusing, but I'm in a confused state. If you need me to elaborate a little better then I can give it my best.

  2. Hi! Sometimes the Profiles can be messed up on multiple devices, so what I would do is delete the profile and create a new one and remap it. I have done this before and the problem was fixed. If the problem persists let me know and I will try my best to help!

    Does the issue occur while Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Try resetting your keys or create a new profile. If the issue persists while Synapse is on, let's isolate the problem by following the steps from this link.

    So I only just remembered i posted on here over a month ago, still had no luck until i came back to this forum

    I've tried exiting synapse 3.0 and that allowed the multimedia button to function as normal. However, I wanted to keep my custom lighting running as normal and if I exit Synapse it reverts back to the normal lighting.

    Do you have any other suggestions? Any way i can use the buttons as their function and keep my lighting as normal?

    P.S I also tried creating a new profile, this still has the same issue.

    Thanks for letting me know. I suggest repairing your Razer Synapse 3.0 by following the steps from this link. Once done, please log in as a guest user and test if the behavior persists. Otherwise, submit a case or send me a PM. I'll be locking this thread to divert our conversation privately.
