It is insane for me to pay more than 50$ shipping when the product itself is around same price. It just removes the whole point of affording Razer products. Would be nice to see more shipping methods, because, let's be honest, "express" things are like passports, really important documents, but nice tech stuff you need to wait with patient. :)

This is a joke, you actually pay almost the entire product price with the price of the shipping... Make normal shipments at least, paying 10eu or something like this. I feel that this thing is all scam :slightly_sad: Make or ship from countrys Razer Shop, not from Africa...

I am even from Europe xD The whole thing is monopoly when you can't choose more than a single shipping option...

Blame your country's customs and shipping taxes. For me I only pay 11 dollars for any zSilver item, keyboard or mouse. And for the US, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia have the same amount.

From my last 2 orders (stealth protective sleeve and Atheris) it was being shipped from Hong Kong which is quite weird because it would be better if they stock it in EU warehouse and ship it to EU countries to minimize shipment fee. I can understand if it a system like Blade, but for €40 items it would be better being stocked in each warehouse.

The only option I have is DHL Express, which is fast, but it costs me 43€.

I would highly prefer a standard shipping method, costing less than 15€ and having a longer delivery time.

According to the shipping price, I am guessing you are from Croatia, too. :big_grin_:

And yes, I agree with you. I would like some not so expensive option, too.

The funniest thing is that I'm in the EU, and item ordered from EU-PL store was shipped from Hong Kong :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
And yes - Razer has nothing to do with high shipping costs to some countries. I remember, that Croatia, Cyprus was always most expensive, when it came to shipping (even from PL).

But it'll be great if customers will have some option to choose shipping method.

I'm in North America, and the two things I've ordered in recent memory both came direct from Hong Kong, as well.

Actually, I'm from Australia and I just had to pay $25 for shipping. I'm not sure which country you're from but even with currency converting, I don't think $11 of wherever you're from equals to $25 in AUD.

Personally, I think it is a bit costly so having at least two different shipping methods would be of great benefit to a fair bit of the Razer community.

Well if you could only use a mouse for 2 seconds longer you would have realised I am from Malaysia and when I said Australia I only tried adding a mouse on the store and checking shipping from there. Might be different from what you tried to redeem.

Also I have tried redeeming from the US store as well as Singapore and Malaysia and all 3 of them equated to around $11 to $18 USD. In Malaysia redeeming the Razer Atheris costs 49 ringit = $12 US. In Singapore redeeming the firefly costs $14 singaporean dollars.

More shipping methods would be nice but as it stands it your country's import policy and taxes that increase the amount you have to pay. Dont blame the system for that.

I never blamed the system for my country's shitty importing regulations but merely pointing out the fact that you stated that it's $11 for Australia, which is untrue. Even converting USD to AUD, it will only add up to approximately $15. Due to import taxes and policies that I do not update myself on, it could be that reason why it is inflated so highly.

Also, I just added a mouse to the cart and shipping is still approximately $25. Even converting currencies, it will not equal US$11 but rather US$19. I rather you not make a statement that includes import fees for its shipping fees for one country and proceed to compare it to another country that you did not take any fees into account.

I made that statement from my experience with all those stores. Not sure if they have increased shipping but when I tested it out and I have redeemed stuff from the Australian store (A pair of Red Kraken Neon) from the insider rewards, not zSilver and that cost me 11 dollars US. So they might have increased the amount for zSilver redemptions but for the other countries like Singapore, Malaysia and the US the zSilver have lower prices.

My point is, bitching about their shipping being high isnt even necessary, since its your country's fault and not Razers for shipping. And if you still persist on whining then by all means do so. The amount you pay in shipping does not go to Razer just so you know.

Could you calm down with words such as "bitching"? Is offering a solution against monopoly a bad thing?

His condescending tone was what set me off and the whole idea that shipping costs too much is a problem only a few countries have. If we do end up getting a new way, thats great, Im all for it. But claiming that it is a huge problem and needs to be fixed is misleading. Since you are getting essentially a free product even if you pay $10 to $20 shipping on it, example: getting a BW v2 for $20. Who wouldnt pay that?

It makes Razershops for these specific regions badly to buy an article when you can buy it with much lower price in local shops, some of them even called "official/direct Razer products distributions", which turns these shops market into oligopoly (group monopoly). We are all gamers, we are talking about competitive thinking, it's the same for real life.

Again, you're assuming I'm whining about the shipping fees. I am not complaining about shipping fees but I merely stated how much shipping costs in Australia, which was not the same amount to what you originally stated it was. I'm only here to correct you because what you said wasn't actually right. And yes, I know the shipping fees do not go to Razer. They go to the shipping company itself and any extra fees are usually revenue for the government.

What I posted was what I experienced. If you experienced differently then dont blame me. I got the first of the Insider Rewards from the Australian store, something you cant possibly experience since you werent even present 2 months ago. If you think I am posting wrong you can go ahead and ask older members how the insider rewards used to work.

As far as zSilver is concerned, I dont care if your country has higher shipping rates. And for some of the countries under the zSilver catalog the rates are pretty much fixed between $10 to $20 for shipping. Other than that feel free to ask them about other shipping methods, as long as it doesnt hurt those already getting cheaper shipping I have no issues.
