Out box failure "tomahawk"

So disappointed with the tech support I received. Computer came with no USB bootable thumb drive. I bought this Computer thinking I would have 24 tech support, not someone going from script. I have had great luck with the laptops. Tomahawk PC is not what I would call quality. Went through the steps with women that I had problem understanding. She understood me less. I had to give her my email multi times. This is not why I spent over 3k for PC. I own a business that provides tech support on electronic for manufacturers. Razer chain of tech support is not acceple. I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to hear if they going to ship me a new computer? Not to mention the hours I wasted on troubleshooting there system out of the box.
