Wow you play so many different games. How do you get interested in all these games? Is it because your kid brings them to your attention? Or is it from your husband? I only play a core set of games myself. And my kid is pretty much an X-box man with Minecraft and Overwatch being his main PC games.

CSGO going in front... but there are titles here deserving some attention!

I follow along in various social media / gaming news outlets and keep up with what's releasing and when. I've been gaming since I was probably 9-10 years old and except for a short time when I lived overseas and didn't have a PC or console I haven't stopped during the past 30-35 years. So, I have a pretty good handle on what I enjoy and what genres will interest me in the future. I keep a lookout for new stuff and I'm constantly scanning the "recommended for you" sections on all the game seller websites (steam, good ole games, indie gala, fanatical, humble bundle, gamers gate, green man gaming, EA, origin, my U-play launcher, Glyph, Aion, The Secret World...)

I guess the short answer would be: I find all my own games because I want new experiences so I seek them out.

I watch twitch. That's about it. Of course I haven't done that in a while.
Me too. I had the Atari 2600, 5200, Colecovision, Famicom, all that.
I don't mess around with that any more, they all take forever to update and I only play them once.

I started with the ColecoVision and then moved on into the Nintendo systems after that. Once PC's were available then we played things such as the Kings Quest series, Police Quest series, Leisure Suit Larry series, 7th Guest, 11th Hour, the Phantasmagoria series...

After that I moved to England and didn't have a PC for about 4-5 years, the next games I jumped into were Diablo, Warcraft, Command & Conquer, The Realm... and then I got deeper into games when I started beta testing with EverQuest, WoW and have been doing it since then. hehehe :)

Every game you listed I played as well.
I've been out of the country twice. To go drinking in Canada because we were under age. And the PI where it was really hot but nice.
Conquer and Conquer, that was my game before SC2. It's why I look all that war stuff now, so I can use it in the game.
You're always in a beta, beta this, beta that. You were the 1st user on Insiders beta right? Or at the least one of the first.

One of - I'm not sure how many Admin / Staff had accounts before the beta testers were invited but I believe we once learned that the numbers after our name in our profile URL states the order in which we all joined. Whereas you would be #328425, Lafar is 1025, Destrok is 2234, Technokat is 9, njbmartin is 56, Vaypron is 6793, Firebat is 317537, WolfPack is 310766, Gwynbleidd is 368765 and lastly I come in at 714. There's there's the most well known current staff, all four mods and our two wonderful community developers. lol :)
