Does anyone know if the P2P is coming back anytime soon?

I think its safe to say that it is gone for good by now, I would think we would have an update now since its been close to half a year since we have heard anything on the paid to play program, and if they were re doing it, i would think it would be done by now. Mogul arena as kind of took its spot I am pretty sure.

    It's not a surprise.
It wasn't clearly say backwards but the complain's number was too big for them to find a solution to the problem.
Moreover, the people's rectaion over the end of P2P must have put the last nail on the coffin.

Yes, isn't it funny that even FREE is not good enough these days? I didn't mind paying the shipping at all, even the cheaper things that I received, would have had to pay to ship even if I bought the same item from the store. The product was free that's all that mattered, couldn't expect them to cover shipping also, especially when it grew and got soo popular.

Even when something is free, it will still cost you time.
(if you want to save time, you will have to spend more money)

Agreed paying shipping and tax is unfortunate I still play like 23-28% of what it would have cost me normally. Still a net positive imo

The real problem wasn't people complain about the shipping, but multi account and the possibility to free farm zsilver with just running a game without playing it, that was the cause of p2p failure.

Obviously they said that the reason for which they closed the program were the people who complained, I can also understand that reason, it is quite embarrassing for a company not able to solve problems such as multi-account and farming points without actually play a game.

There have been many posts where various ideas have been introduced to avoid these problems, just think of a two-step authentication for example.

Right now the only way to get points is via mogul arena, where 100 people a week receive zsilver (or a prize), 50 a month, and 25 in a season.
I think they are much less than those one that was using the p2p program.
The only thing that is a bit frustrating on mogul arena is that usually the same people wins the big prices.

As someone in this forum once said: They got greedy and so they started complaining over something that they get for free anyway.
How much is the shipping? I'd pay $10 for the shipping of free high-quality computer accessories (headset, mouse, keyboard).

That's one reason but it's not why they stop it.

I paid 45.38 €, but still i think it's fine pay the shipping costs if the product you take it's free

To avoid the sit and spectate account, i thought cortex could use an achievement system.
The main one is steam. when you do something in game, you get the achievement.

3 words. Steam Achievement Manager. You can unlock any achievement you want without even starting the game. ;)
