Phone: OnePlus 7 pro
OS: OxygenOS/Android 10 (All updated.)
Controller: Razer Kishi

Dear Fellow enthusiasts at Razer,

I am from India and bought the Razer Kishi from amazon.in 's official razer store page.

The controller looks and feels fabulous but I seem to have a problem with pass through charging.

On connecting the charging cable into Kishi, the controller goes offline (The Kishi app also says no controller detected) even though the device starts charging through Kishi.

Please let me know if I am doing some thing wrong.

Please tell me what I can do to solve this. Would be very grateful.

PS: It took me some time to save the money up for buying the Kishi. I really want it to work well as it is supposed to. CRYING :slightly_sad:

I have the same issue with mine.

This is not something that can be fixed by a firmware update, as this is an Oxygen OS limitation. They have their own implementation of the USB-C port and charging.
I have a Motorola do you know if Motorola is supported and if not what is. I have a moto g stylus and can't get it to do pass through charging.
Did they fix it for you? I have the moto g7 power so I am worried about the same thing.

As far as I know, passthrough charging isn't possible for phones that only go up to Android 9. It's more of hardware + OS limitation than anything else.
Lol, just purchased a Kishi for Android and now I discovered that the most useful feature (passthtough charging) can't be used while playing. Lucky me I can send it back to retailer.
