PC shutdown when charging cable Bumped

Hi I've had this issue ever since I got my laptop. at the USB-C end where the charger connects to the computer if that is bumped or pulled out there's like a 70% chance my laptop will automatically shutdown. the screen just goes black. I'm wondering if this has been reported in the past and if there is any help I can get. it doesn't seem to be affected by how long the laptop has been running or my power settings (when to go to sleep etc)

Thankyou

That's odd. The laptop could have a physical issue. Can it still hold battery power, or does it only power when plugged into the power adapter? If that is the case, please perform the steps from this link. Otherwise, send me a PM or submit a case to our Support Team. I'll be locking this thread now.
