Same issue here using a Razer Stealth, Razer Raptor and PS4. Tried every solution I’ve seen online and nothing has worked. Someone please help.

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your Razer Ripsaw's concern here. Please isolate the issue by connecting the cable to another available port on your computer. Please try using a different cable too. What's your computer's operating system? If it is feasible, please connect the capture card to a different computer and see if the issue persists. Feel free to send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
did you ever find a solution to this issue, its happening to me as well and I see a lot of people had it but no replies saying how it was fixed

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. By the way, when using screen capture software on a laptop or multi-GPU system, you may encounter issues in some capture types. Please make sure that the appropriate application services are using the same GPU as the game/program being captured. Please refer to the links below for more details on specific software:

Should the issue persists, please send me PM together with your Razer Ripsaw HD's serial number. I'll pick it up from there.

No, never found a solution after being on live chat for over an hour. Seeing as how the entire setup involved was Razer it should have been as plug and play as possible. Returned and bought a different brand- worked right away with zero problems.
