So I'm gonna start building my PC soon.
    Graphics card: GTX1070
    Processor: i7 4.00GHz
    RAM: DDR4 16GB
    SATA DRIVE: WD 3TB 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache
    Motherboard: Gigabyte LGA1151 Intel Z170 ATX DDR4 Motherboards GA-Z170X-Gaming 3
Cooling: ? (I need help here).
    Case: NZXT S340 RAZER/ NZXT H440 RAZER
    Keyboard: Black Widow Chroma
    Mouse: Deathadder Chroma
    OS: Windows 10 Pro

    Anything else?
Ideas for cooling fans would be appreciated, also, if I should swap something other than the motherboard out, let me know.

Oelala, sounds like you got some money to burn there.
My number one change would be to include a ssd, even if just for your os! I assume you're gonna be gaming, in that case maybe even downgrade the hdd for a bigger ssd to throw some games on there aswell.
I got a h440 myself and I would definitely advise getting some type of watercooler for your cpu, the airflow just isn't that great. Got a nzxt kraken x61 myself, but corsair/coolermaster etc. versions dont differ that much.
For video card I would suggest getting the corsair/msi sea hawk, would further increase cooling/overall quietness. If you got the money to spare that is.

I'll link my build which is quite similar actually ^^

Probably either NZXT Kraken X41 or X61 for cooling. OS use the normal Windows 10 you probably don't need the added features on Windows 10 Pro.

Do you plan to stay with the color "Green" for the rest of your gaming life?

Get the Asus STRIX1070 card, its a very well preforming card and also has asus's variant of chroma (customizable lighting)

As said get the NZXT Kraken x61 or x41 liquid cool system, also has customizable lighting.

I have an almost identicle build with 32gb of DDR2, previous generation i7 and a smaller hdd. My only gripe is the case is stationary green, however you can mod it to have customizable colors.
