please help me, problem with mouse registration. SYNAPSE

    Hello everyone yersterday i get my new mouse naga chrome, i registred her on website there is everything ok. When i try to register her in product warranty program SYNAPSE for set the buttons, program sey "product is already registred" :/ please help me

    Try restarting your Synapse completely. It should show up after a while.

    I assume you have it registered under the same Razer account?

    I have only one account. I uninstaleted prrogram maybe 3 times for make reset.. im tired from this

    Yo!

    I wouldn't worry about it too much. The warranty tracker on Synapse is just so you have visibility on your warranty status. Should you want it, I can check on my end if the product is registered to your account. Shoot me a PM with the serial number of your Naga Chroma and your email address so I can do just that. Also, you might want to check this out if you are worried about product warranty.
