Please help me with setting Gold up.

    Hey! I'm Kyle,

    I need help with setting up and upgrading to gold. I have put in my details and logged in so now it says select a country. My country is not listed so I pressed 'Global.' After that, it just shows a green tick and the page does not move at all.

    Please help :) I await your response
