I have the Mamba wireless mouse. Out of nowhere it will no longer work wirelessly. It is fully charged, all firmware is updated. WHen wired it works fine. When I unplug, it will work for about 2 mins, then the cursor will begin to lag across my screen, and then the Bluetooth light on the mouse stops flashing and I lose connection to my laptop. Please help me, I've tried every combo and can't figure it out.

Do you have Windows or macOS, and is the wireless receiver plugged directly into your laptop? In any case, please PM me the serial number of your mouse so I can help you further isolate the issue.

im havig the same probleme but once i unplug it it doesnt work at all
