Please help viper ultimate battery issues

    So my viper ultimate will charge connected to my laptop but when i connect it to my PC it says its charging but slowly dies ive tried everything i can think of uninstalling drivers installing new firmware etc. and nothing worked and sometimes it will just stay at a certain percentage e.g 14% i would also like to mention i DO NOT have or use the dock every google page i look at says dock this dock that i use a USB cable for christ sake.

    Hallo, I also have the same problem and now I'm trying to get warranty support to replace it or get repairing.:frown_::frown_::frown_::confused_:
