Plugged-in and not charging

Razer Bleade Stealth 2016 here and since a couple of weeks the laptop is often "connected but not charging" (a couple of times even went to sleep while connected). Reading the forums it looks like a (quite common) problem with the power brick (and the solution of disconnecting and reconnecting the power brick kind of works). How does it work to request a new one?

Hey @futureauto305. Does your RBS detect the power brick when you plug it in? If so, is the connection intermittent depending on the position or angle of the cable?

It's not the cable (angle/position). When plugged in the laptop says "plugged-in (not charging)". The only partial solution seems to be unplug the power brick for some tine and plug it in again. This works often (not always) but as soon as battery reaches 100% the problem strata again (RBS connected but draining the battery and not charging).

Try reinstalling the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery. You can find it under the Batteries tab in the Device Manager. Shoot me a PM with the link to this thread and your laptop's serial number should the problem persist.
