"Plugged in, not charging" Razer 15" 2018

    So Windows 10 reports my new Razer as being "plugged in, not charging", if I take the power cable out it instantly switches off. Battery is reported charged at "82% available". Power brick has a green light on it and all connections seem solid (i.e. not wobbly). Would this be a hardware or software issue and can someone tell me how to get it fixed please?

    Obviously most of the time I use the system plugged in so I can't pinpoint the exact date/day but it was in the last 2 weeks or so... I've reached out to customer support now via the USA chat as it seems your contact forms don't have my system listed. After going through various steps with a support chat person and having no luck I now have a case number... Whilst many people say this can be an issue of Windows 10, this feels like a hardware issue at this point. I'll PM you the case number as well... thanks for the reply!

    Same issue with base model 2018 15 inch razer. Straight out the box "no battery is detected"; problem persists despite software updates. It dies / wont start if unplugged. Sounds like a common problem on this laptop. Can someone at least post a fix on your support forums?? Razer chat doesn't work unless your in the north American region and I need the laptop for work !!

    Hi there I am experiencing the same problem with my Razer Blade as of 2 nights ago my laptop will not charge whilst either on or off no charge. If you could message me back I would appreciate it.
