Razer Hammerhead Pokémon Edition can't conect to the razer audio app on android. how can i solve this problem?

How do the earbuds appear on your phone's detected BT devices? It is possible that they are not yet supported on the app just yet since it is listed as another variant, but send me a screen capture of what happens when you try to pair it with the app. Let's go from there.
