Polling rates broken for over a month and still no fix yet, to all developers

I can't believe it. I'm forced to manually switch profiles for the last month and there is no fix for this in the newest update. Maybe the developers don't know about it. So again, for the sixth time.

Links to threads I mentioned the problem:

The issue:
In version 3.3.1012.101219 you broke the polling rates this way:

Whenever I switch a profile, it doesn't update the polling rate and it stays at 1000 Hz even if the new profile has a different rate. If I want to use 125 Hz, I would have to manually switch polling rate to 500 or 1000 and then switch back to 125 Hz.

The problem is not on my side. It is in your synapse.

Afer 4 months no fix, no response from anyone, no nothing. Looks like every user of this crap is playing at 1000 Hz and doesn't care that when he would switch to a profile with a 125/500 rate, it would still run at 1000 a he would not be able to use it. Stupid software.
Support with no solutions just give me my logs. F that.
