Precision Trouble. Razer Basilisk v2

My Mouse aims slightly higher and higher when i move the mouse left and right.
I also i feel the mouse is sometimes unprecise or not that precise as it was told me.

I have this mouse almost a year. i bought it in sommer 2020 because my razer basilisk v1 seems to had problems. It was my fault pc but now i have new pc that fixed older problems and it can even run almost every game without any problems. But i still lack few things.
I optimized the mouse and made it as comfortable as i was able to but i still lacked few times the precision and i was always annoyed that the mouse moved not where i wanted.

This is small problem. you can always move the mouse up and put it where it will be comfortable again.
Problem is that you can't do that in every game at anytime. There's a rythm game called Osu where you have to aim circles. Sometimes you have to aim so quick that you don't even have the time to move the mouse up.

Idk if this is the monitor fault. Im using old one AOC 1366x768 60hz.
I don't use Razer mousepad but i used one "Razer goliathus speed cosmic edition" before christmas 2020 and new one is almost the same but much larger. I tried to test the issue on the razer mousepad but same results.
I installed the razer synapse 3 and i changed the DPI and calibrated the mouse. i changed the windows settings and i tried the problem with every program off. i still had the same results than having everything enabled.


I tried many thinks but i don't have clue why this happends.
