Ola boa tarde, comprei um gift card da razer gold e na hora que fui recarregar apareceu o anuncio de "Não foi possivel recarregar", alguem poderia me ajudar da forma mais rapida?

The quickest way to get this resolved is to contact our Razer Gold and Silver team by submitting a ticket. You can do all of that from here. If you already have a ticket, send me your reference number, and I'll see what I can do to get you sorted out.
