Problem with activation key to razer surround

Hi, i've just registered my headset called Razer Kraken Pro V2. It is said that if i register them i will get activation code to program razer surround. I did the registration by i didn't get any code. What's the problem with this and how do i can obtain this code ?

I have the exact same problem, Bought the headset. Registered it on Razer.com.
Installed 7.1 surround sound but did not receive the activation code. Not even in my spam folder.

Ensure that you've registered the device using this link: https://www.razer.com/product-registration. Also, the older devices use Razer Surround sound while Razer Kraken and Kraken X use 7.1 Surround Sound.
