Problem with DeathAdder Elite

Hello. I have a problem with my DeathAdder Elite, been trying to fix it 6 months ago and i can't, already contacted support with no solution. My problem is that the mouse will always start on light blue(also when Synapse is closed) and when i turn the pc off it will continue to be lighted. I'm kinda sad because i always have to disconnect the device and reconnect it or it will be on forever. I'm not going to make changes on my motherboard just because Synapse 3 is simply useless. I have a Deathstalker and a Kraken v2 wich are using Synapse 2 and they are working perfect, even without Synapse 2 opened. I really want a solution since i dont have any more ideas, tried to do a clean reinstall, connecting it into another PC, deleting every file that Razer had on my computer and then reinstalling it but i have no clue of what is causing that. Have you updated the firmware of your mouse? Please send me the ticket number via PM. I can use it to review the case and check what's going on from our Support Team's point of view. Let's continue from there.
