Problem with order and payment as well as lack of support

My problem is that I ordered 2 items (razer raptor 27 & razer kraken kitty edition), but I never got a confirmation of the order. In my account order history there is no track of either item. I also already got charged 915 dollars in my account, so I know the payment went through. On top of everything right after I had ordered my items I got an email saying "You still have time" and saying that I should order my items soon when I had just done that and this is what made me look at my order history and realize that the order couldn't be found anywhere. In regards to the support, I tried calling razer support for a few days and every time they tell me that they can't help me and its best to use the live chat or send an email. I already sent an email and haven't heard from them, and in the live chat no one is available every time I try to use it. I really don't want to lose that money, so hopefully someone can help me out here

Can you help me too, i also posted here on forum because i tried contacting razer support two times, first time ticket was closed without reply and now second time im still waiting but getting no reply from razer
