Problem with Razer Black Widow V3 Dial
Got a Razer BW V3 a few months ago and it's been working great but recently, seemingly randomly, the scroll dial now scrolls now scrolls on web pages instead of volume. I went into Synapse and checked the dial multi function and it's set to volume. I changed it to other functions but it is stuck on page scroll. Interestingly, the dial click function can be changed and is functional as it should be. Anyone else encounter this problem? Can't seem to find any info on it on any forum

Try creating new empty profile in Synapse, and check if the problem still persists.
unfortunately it does even if i create a fresh profile

Strange, if it's set to volume it should be volume.
What happens if you'll reset keyboard to defaults from Synapse? Or if you completly uninstall it?
