Problem with razer deathadder v2 pro

I have a problem with this mouse, while i'm using it the mouse doesn't respond for 2-20 seconds. It happens everday but i dont get why this happens. I may be making some homework i need to move the mouse to see something and it dont respond or i may be playing and can't do nothing because the mouse doesn't want to anything.
I tried installing al new drivers, playing without razer synapse opened, cleaning it, using the dongle or using bluetooth and it always happens!!!
It's important to say that while it happens the mouse doesn't shotdown, it's still with the lights on but not responding to the movement or to any kind of "order".
So i like to know if there is any solution out there or my mouse came with problems.

I don't really have any video of this because i should record everything in the computer untill it happens. But if it neccesary i'll try to get a video of it.
