Problem with Razer Reload, again?


I have a very big issue with Razer reload, this issue kept appearing right after the WarThunder sale event was launched. Also submitted the ticket to the support team but it took a long time for them to answer (the previous event, they responded after the event ended, great :mad_:)

Does anyone have a problem like this?

Any solution? 😳

Same problem here. Tried several reloads few mins ago via paypal and visa but all didnt work.

Yo guys, I think the support team no longer exists. It's been over a week with no solution yet. :mad_::mad_::mad_::mad_::mad_:

Don't bother about the support guys , Razer's product is god tier
but their after sales support / tech support is worse den noob tier , even a nobody can do their tech support job role as you don need logic and just look and read scripts.

So good luck with the support , intending to change to other services platform for topping up.
No way! Why cannot reload gold! Happened to my 5x today via paypal. Didnt have any issues before!
I had the same issue. What i noticed is that if you try to reload 100+ gold, the transacrtion will fail. So i ended up having to reload 90, then add another 10 to make 100. It annoying but a good work around untill razer figureout how to accept quatity 100 and over.
I've had the same issue I tried to so a top up for razor gold for PUBG mobile via my Visa Debit card it failed to do the top up but I was still charged for it created a ticket for it been 5 days now. Still no resolution
i just spent 80 dollar with no problem, then the next transaction said failed to reload
I also have the razer gold failed to reload issue, what a horrendous way to promote people buying stuff through razer, it's the first time I buy razer gold and probably the last

nope, they reply my ticket after a week and didn't solve anything
I talked to live chat a day ago and they said my cc was failing their trash anti-fraud provider. Took another day to clear it up and said I could reload again using the same method. It did work, but after 2 reloads of 100+, it started to fail again.

I'm starting to think there's either a 1-2 day reload frequency of 2 times or a limit of ~200. Reason being the first time I was able to reload 2x of 100+ before it started failing.

My cc works fine everywhere besides razer gold which is the most annoying topup service in history.
Having the same issue. Managed to reload $99, but won't take anymore, even as little as 5 or 10 gold. Opened a support ticket, though I don't have high hopes for garbage Razer support actually doing anything. Probably looking at a chargeback at this point if it isn't resolved in time.
