Problem With Razer Ripsaw, Black Screen No Signal On TV Screen

Dear Tim Razer and community. I have problem with my razer ripsaw. I bought razer ripsaw (July 12, 2021) and configured it with my PS4 console (slim type), TV LG Webos 43UK63000PTE, and Laptop Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 (spec : AMD Ryzen 7-4800H-NVIDIA GTX1650Ti, USB3.1). But, it is not working. The notification "no signal" appeared on my TV. The ripsaw has been detected in Razer Synapse software on my laptop, and also in OBS studio. THEN I tried to replace the HDMI cables (from PS4 and Razer Ripsaw) with new ones HDMI 2.1 cables. And I also made sure to set to disable the HDCPI on my PS4 setting. But it has been still not working until right now. The notification "no signal" still appeared on my TV. Can you give me suggestion and solution of my problem, Boss. Does this ripsaw has compatibility issue with my devices I mentioned above?
