Problem with Razer Tartarus

So here's my issue, I've got a 1st Gen Razer Tartarus that isn't Chroma. When I plug it in to try and use it (I went through a hiatus of not using it), the computer detects it, showing in device manager. I've even had the Razer installer for synapse 2.0 pop up and re/install drivers for it. Currently using Synapse 3.0 for all other Chroma things. Now Razer shows no sign of this Tartarus anywhere... Not is Synapse 3.0, or 2.0. I need to rekeybind my Tartarus for specific games and can't just work around the Tartarus. I've tried all different usb's... 2.0, 3.0, you name it, and it still shows up in device manager but not in either Synapses.

Is anyone else having this problem? I have a theory why, but in my opinion, this shouldn't be an issue:
My theory is that "somehow" the Tartarus is getting lost between the 2 Softwares (Synapse 2.0 and 3.0) and just not showing up.

If you've had a problem like this, and know how to fix it, please let me know. I'd love to use my Tartarus again.
