Problem with Synapse

Until recently everything was working just fine, but a few days ago my Razer Blackwidow settings in Synapse stopped working, keyboard is working in default mode now, i can't change colour of lighting, make a key bind or do anything at all. Also i have a Deathadder mouse and its settings are still working fine. I have no idea what could cause it, the only thing i can think of is the recent Windows 10 update or Synapse update. I tried reinstalling Synapse, replugging to the different USB port and it didn't help. Also i get this error (check the screenshot). Have anyone encountered the same problem? Would appreciate your help.

Please try resetting your devices through the Razer synapse settings by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner of your app. Should the behavior persists, please gather your logs by following the steps from this link. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM so I can initiate an investigation. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
