Problem with Viper Ultimate Charging Dock

So Im loving my new viper ultimate but I have an issue with using the usb adaptor with the charging dock via my TB3 dock.

Basically if I use the usb adaptor in the dock, everytime I boot up my laptop (Razer Blade 15 2018) the mouse and dock lights up but the windows cursor will not be present. Ill have to unplug the usb adaptor from the dock and reconnect it and turn off the mouse with the bottom switch and on again before the mouse will work.

I have gotten around this by plugging the usb adaptor into another port on my TB3 dock and it works perfectly, able to use the mouse as it should be on boot up. Then I have the dock just for charging the mouse when I need to. However this is taking up 2 usb ports instead and while it works it just annoys me that I cannot use the usb adaptor plugged into the dock the way it was meant to be.

I have already updated the firmware on the mouse and dock as well as my TB3 dock to make sure all drivers are the latest but the issue remains
