Problems with Cortex Mobile

Has anyone had any problems as of late with the Cortex app on mobile devices? When I log out of my account it says I can install/play Caesar Slots, however when I log into my account it is not an option. Any fixes?

I think I had the same issue, that gamble app has 200 silvers daily!

for some reason it no longer available to users anymore, but still shows on the visitor page
