Problems with DA elite mouse. Could you help?

First of all, I'm from Portugal and bought on 10th june of 2020 a Razer DeathAdder Elite. It is my first and only razer mouse. I immediately loved the shape of the mouse and always treated it very carefully. The mouse is in great shape, looks almost brand new with very little usage signs.

Fast forward to 3 months ago, the left mouse button started to disengage when I long pressed it and sometimes even randomly double clicked (found a lot of people in situations like mine on forums). As you may imagine, it is impossible to either game or work with this mouse. Just imagine everytime you want to drag a file on your computer and long press LMB, it only does one click. Even surfing the internet and wanting to click on something and your mouse randomly double clicks. Dealing with this mouse has become extremely frustrating.

I already claimed warranty and contacted support but I am pretty sure they will just send me a RMA number for me to send my mouse back. I have done all the troubleshooting (reinstalling drivers, synapse, etc...) recommended by them on the first response and nothing was fixed. I am starting to be more certain that it is a hardware issue (some faulty switch) rather than a software issue.

They are taking too long to answer my last reply so I decided to post here and ask for your help or opinion while they don't say anything. (Anything helps at this point).

I am thinking they will just send me a RMA number so I send them the mouse to be fixed, but I know for a fact that it takes at least 1 month. As you might think, I don't want to send my mouse to RMA since this is the only mouse I have and I can't stop working since I'm working from home due to covid. I am really desperate for a solution.

I would rather pay a little bit more and receive a new mouse than send mine to fix since I can't work without a mouse. Since the mouse broke within the warranty, it is Razer's responsibility to fix my problem and not let me hang without a mouse for work.

Sorry for my bad english since it's not my native language.
Thanks to read it this far and thanks in advance for any reply I may get! 😃

Unfortunatelly the mouse switch is faulty, and mouse need to be replaced.
On the other side it's fairly easy and cheap to replace (requires soldering), but you'll loose your warranty.
