Problems with the Cynosa V2 and the ripple effect..

I bought the Cynosa V2 yesterday hoping to use the ripple effect, but the effect won't work properly. I can turn on the ripple effect, but it only works when I push the volume knobs or the "fn" button. I've tried to set up a chroma profile where every button on the keyboard activates the ripple effect, but it still only works with those buttons. Help?

Does the issue only happen with the ripple effect? Have you tried connecting the keyboard to another USB port or computer with Razer Synapse 3? Please replicate the Chroma behavior by switching the app into guest mode. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
