The ability to save your custom profiles on your device / peripheral would be amazing. Would mean wherever I go, I would still have the profile. Yes I know that there would not be a way to switch between profiles without the software but if there was an option to tick to say save as default profile, that would be the one that appears whenever you plug it in to a different device without the Razer Synapse software.

I dont that its viable option, its not the firmware of the devices that run the profile its the software, therefore the software is required. However that being said you can store your profile on the cloud. Whenever you login with synapse you should be able to get that profile off the cloud.

to do what you want will mean that razer devices will have to have larger internal memory, their own OS or similar platform to run the software internally. Thus increasing the cost tremendously.

Yea that's the thing. I can't install the software on the computer's at my college. So having the custom profile on the peripherals I have would be rather helpful.

i used to use a Sandisk U3, it has this like micro OS on it. Back in the day i was able to install razer software on it to use on a similar restricted setup (work computer)

May consider looking into a flash drive that has a bootable OS that can run razer software.
