I have purchased a Hammerhead yesterday and fully charged then paired it with my Samsung Galaxy S21.
after about 3 hours of playing music, the right earphone powered off due to low battery then I have put both of them in the case and now, only the left side is working and the right side (the one was powered off due to low battery) is now powering on again, I have tested all explained ways for example holding the touch for 2, 5 or 8 seconds, triple touch and hold 3rd touch for 2 seconds.
all tested workarounds is giving same result. so what can I do?
