"Promo code has already been used"

    so i redeemed a code for the Razer Basilisk Essential for my cousin 11 days ago but when i tried to order it it says the Promo code has already been used so i already chat the live support in Razer Gold but they they say they will look at it but i think the ticket will be a long process so i redeemed another one Yesterday and tried ordering it again and the same error pop up which is the Promo code has already been used so right now i don't know what to do because thats 100k silvers gone like that so can anyone help me??

    Unfortunately, you will have to wait for the Gold team to get back to you. I am not sure if they will be able to refund one of the vouchers and give you the other one for the mouse or not.
