Actually, you don't even need to be active. Go check ebay after a sale. I have been watching ebay on a variety of items before the sale. And I since I didn't 'really' get the item I wanted, I'm still watching... now that enough time has passed that ppl would have gotten their items, I'm seeing new listings of gear that is just a little more than the price they would have been at 50% off. Except the BW Chroma. Those there are certainly more new listings but the price hasn't fallen significantly from just before the sale. So that woulda been the item to go for if you really wanted to just resell whatever you got to make money.
Hmm, or maybe the BW Chromas haven't shipped yet. All I know is I got my BW Ultimate 2016 and I noticed about the same time I got mine there are a sudden increase in listings for it. I paid $55+tax. These new posts are for $70-80 for a BW Ultimate 2016 new. Doesn't seem they're making much margin there...
Okay, still on the phone with customer service RE the Firefly promo. Somehow I got charged full price for it. Phone tree says "Press 2 for help with order", only to be routed to tech support and be told that real human beings are not available for phone support.
So, not only did I get screwed RE the 24-hour sale, now I can't get anyone to fix an error on an order.
Can I please get an actual carbon based life form to help out here please? Admins, you have my deets. And please fix your phone tree.
The Insinder Forum doesn't deal with tech support AFAIK.
Yeah, but this isn't tech support. This is about an ordering glitch on their side. FWIW I also already got a reply from help via email and they didn't even read the damn ticket. Not a good way to get repeat customers, Razer.
But.....what do you want us to do? The Forums don't go to Support (those who would deal with your issue) so you're just gonna have to try again I'm afraid.
