Proof of purchase still required for warranty claims

    Hello guys, I just registered both my deathadder elite and kraken but when I try to upgrade my surround to pro they have green* https://trackeasy.fun/usps/ saying proof of purchase still required for warranty claims. Do you know where or how I can proof the purchase of these two products. I bought them from an authorized Razer resellers in Bulgaria.

    Not sure why it says "warranty claims" - it doesn't sound like that's what you want to do...
    I think if you still have the packaging with its barcode, the store might be able to re-print your receipt. Or, bank statements of those transactions may be proof of purchase.
