PS4 Game chat issues with Razer Nari ultimate product.

So the problem Im having is with the Game/Chat on PS4. On the Left speaker you have the knob that allows you to adjust the volume of the game and chat. Slide knob up to hear more of the game, slide knob down to hear more chat volume. My problem is that sliding the knob down is like turning the volume down. The chat and game volume are both on the same channel it seems. If I slide the know up, the game and chat volume both get louder, if I slide it down, they both go quiet. Anyone know what Im doing wrong? Im using the USB dongles. Beside that, I love the headset, but this is a deal killer. The box says it supports PS4 also.
